The OASC was formed in 1962 by a group of caring residents in our community.
Since its inception, this grassroots organization has been run by volunteers and supported entirely through donations from community members.

The OASC makes every effort to protect the identity and dignity of applicants. Our funds are not intended to provide sustainable assistance. We generally grant no more than one application per family per year.
